  19.    My Lighwave for Intel just arrived a few hours ago, and I can't do
  20. anything with it because I don't have a CD-ROM for it. There are no
  21. floppies, dispite what the manual says. Furthermore, I just called NewTek
  22. customer support and they said the software is only available on CD-ROM and
  23. there is no way to get floppies.

  25.    THIS IS NOT WHAT THEY SAID WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER SUPPORT BEFORE I PLACED
  26. THE ORDER!  I was told that a CD-ROM reader was not required.

  28.    Would it be possible to "encourage" NewTek to make good on a problem it
  29. created with some mis-information. It may be possible to copy some files to
  30. my portable ZIP drive if I can find someone with a CD-ROM. However, I am not
  31. sure the installation routine will be happy loading from a Non-CD drive.

  33.    Can anyone offer any suggestions on what to do?
